Closes #46.

What changed

  • New page /our-people, in the menu directly after Products. Same hero layout as the other inner pages, then Management Team, Broking Team and the closing quote.
  • /about now ends after the London office. The teams and quote moved; they are not duplicated.
  • Admin: new Our People editor (1. Hero, 2. Management Team, 3. Broking Team, 4. Quote). Those sections left the About editor, which now has Hero, Timeline, London Office.
  • Menu: a menu saved before this page existed gets the link after Products. Saves now stamp a navVersion, so an editor who later removes the link keeps it removed.
  • Homepage links labelled for the team/leaders that pointed at /about read forward to /our-people.
  • Sitemap entry added.

The teams and quote are still stored under aboutPage in the content document. Only the page that renders them changed, so no data migration is needed and the product broker rails are untouched. The new page's header is a new optional ourPeoplePage block.

Walkthrough

Story: as a visitor, I open Our People from the menu and see the team.

Driven locally in headless Chromium at 1440px against the dev server:

  1. /our-people: h1 "Our People", menu shows Home, Products, Our People (active), About Us, News, Events, Contact; 7 staff cards (2 management, 5 broking); quote reads "Our team combines decades of experience with specialist expertise to deliver results that matter."; no horizontal overflow.
  2. /about: hero, timeline and London office; 0 staff cards, no quote.
  3. /admin/our-people: sections 1. Hero, 2. Management Team, 3. Broking Team, 4. Quote.
  4. /admin/about: sections 1. Hero, 2. Timeline, 3. London Office.

Reference: same structure and components the About page used; no new design.

QA Execution

2026-10-13, local:

  • npx tsc --noEmit: clean.
  • Save round trip against the local database through the validation schema and model: edited the Our People eyebrow, read it back changed, teams intact (2 and 5), then restored the original.
  • getSiteSettings() on the saved local menu returns Our People after Products.

Not done in this PR

  • The save was checked through the schema and model directly, not by pressing Save in the browser: the running dev server holds the old Mongoose schema until it restarts.
  • The hero copy for the new page ("Meet the Team" / "Our People" / subheading) and its photo (the About photo) are placeholders to be edited in the admin.
  • Not deployed.

Products:
- /products: each product is its own white card on the warm band, with a
gap between cards instead of shared divider rules.
- /products/[slug]: the hero shows the product name; the body opens with
the page heading (e.g. "Property Insurance") above the overview. The
repeated breadcrumb and icon are gone, and the overview and list are
  left-aligned instead of justified.
- Brokers panel: the Leadership badge always sits under the role, the
intro sentence is removed, and the Make an Enquiry banner only shows
on a product with no brokers.
- Admin: "Page subtitle" is now "Page heading", with a hint on where it
appears and that the enquiry banner shows when no broker is picked.

News:
- Articles can show their image whole ('contain') instead of cropped,
for logos; Photo also resets its load state when handed a new src.
