As a visitor, I need a page of its own for Ballantyne's people so that I can find the team without reading through About Us.

New page /our-people, in the menu directly after Products, with the same hero layout as the other inner pages.
It carries the Management Team, the Broking Team and the closing quote ("Our team combines decades of experience…"), which move off /about.
/about keeps its hero, timeline and London office.
Admin: a new Our People editor (hero, both teams, quote); those sections leave the About editor.
Menus saved before this page existed get the link automatically; homepage links labelled for the team that pointed at /about follow to /our-people.

Out of scope: any change to the team data itself.
