As the Ballantyne team, we need the design points raised on 5 October fixed so the site reads and edits the way we expect.

Seven points were raised. Point 6 (events ordered by conference date) shipped in #33. The other six:

1. No hyphens. No word is broken across lines anywhere on the public site ("busi-ness", "con-necting").
2. Quotes justified. The homepage "Innovation. Vision. Talent." quotes are justified.
3a. News order. In the news admin, an article can be moved up or down, and the public News page follows that order.
3b. News photo upload. In the news admin, each article's photo can be uploaded by clicking or dropping a file, not only by typing a path.
4. Timeline. On About Us, a second point added to the same year looks the same as every other point (its year was grey, not gold).
5. Page headers. The heading block of each page header sits in the middle of the title box, top to bottom, not at the top.
7. Photos. No striped placeholder with a filename is shown to visitors. A story with no photo shows a finished panel, and a photo that fails to load once is retried.

Out of scope: adding real photographs to the three 2021 stories that have none.
