Fixes #18.

About + Contact heroes: removed the forced <br /> after each title part — "Contact Ballantyne Brokers." now sits on one line on desktop and two on mobile.
Hero title measure is min(620px, 50vw) (lead: min(680px, 50vw)) so a long line clears the photo notch on ~1100px screens; no cap below 860px where the photo sits above.
Admin: title fields relabelled "Title start / Title accent (gold) / Title end".

Verified with screenshots at 390 / 1100 / 1440 / 1712px; tsc --noEmit clean.

fix: let page hero titles wrap naturally (#18 ) 536e3b332c

Drop the forced line break after each title part on About and Contact,
cap the title measure at 50vw so it clears the photo notch on narrower
desktops, and give it full width on mobile. Admin labels now read
start/accent/end instead of line 1/2/3.
