On a product page, the "Speak to Our Brokers" panel stacks one or two brokers one per row, and only goes two across at three or more. Two brokers should sit side by side on one row.

Affects Claims Services, Financial Lines and Healthcare (two brokers each). One broker stays full width; phones (<560px) still stack.
